ERASTUS MBUVI NDUNDA
Position: General Clerk
Erastus is the Firm’s general clerk. He is in charge of interfacing with the various courts/land registeries and other government and regulatory bodies to ensure documents are prepared, filed and executed within agreed timelines.
He Holds a Higher Diploma in Management from Indian School of Business and Economics. He also holds a Diploma in Business Administration from St Paul University and Certificate in Public Relations from Institute of Commercial Management ( ICM).
He has previously worked for, Raspoint Solutions Consulting Limited as the Operations Manager and was in charge of;
- Facilitating registration of limited liability companies and other business orga-nizations
- Conducting Company searches at Company’s registry and following up on CR 12 generation
- Facilitation of AGPO Certificates registration for clients
- Maintaining and developing existing and new customers base
- Monitoring activities and analyzing customer experiences and responses
- Marketing and createing brand awareness on new corporate customers
- Negotiating sales terms and agreements and closing the sales
